Cause
该问题的根本原因可能是 RabbitMQ 数据结构中缺少交换或损坏。
Resolution
- 在 NetWorker 服务器上，打开 管理员 PowerShell 提示符或 root shell。运行以下命令以停止 NetWorker 和 NMC 服务：
Linux： nsr_shutdown ; sleep 10 ; systemctl stop gst
Windows： net stop nsrexecd /y
- 重命名 RabbitMQ tmp 文件夹：
Linux：/nsr/tmp/rabbitmq
窗户：C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp\RabbitMQ
- 启动 NetWorker 服务器和 NMC 服务。重命名 RabbitMQ 时，服务启动会创建新文件，包括新的数据目录：
Linux： systemctl start networker ; sleep 10 ; systemctl start gst
Windows (PowerShell)： net start nsrd ; Start-Sleep 10 ; net start gstd
