Symptoms

  • 세이브 세트를 탐색하려고 할 때 다음 오류가 나타납니다
user root does not have the privileges required to start the requested job. The required privilege is Operator NetWorker
  • nsraddadmin 외부 역할 필드에 항목을 추가할 때 "잘못된 리소스 파일"을 반환합니다.

Cause

로컬 사용자의 DN(Distinguished Name)이 애플리케이션 관리자 사용자 그룹의 외부 역할 필드에 없습니다.

Resolution

  1. NetWorker Server에서 관리자 권한 프롬프트를 엽니다.
  2. NetWorker Server의 로컬 인증 서비스를 관리자 목록에 추가합니다. nsraddadmin -H NETWORKER_SERVER_NAME -P 9090
  3. NMC가 NetWorker Server와 별도의 인증 호스트를 사용하는 경우 다음을 실행합니다. nsraddadmin -H REMOTE_AUTHC_SERVER_NAME -P 9090
