使用 isi_upgrade_logs 收集升級錯誤，發現下列錯誤訊息： 
Starting /usr/sbin/isi_Upgrade_Agent.py InstallFirmware

在發生錯誤的節點上重試最後一個動作，方法是執行下列命令，將 LNN 更換為節點編號： 
isi upgrade cluster retry-last-action LNN

After performing a retry, wait for a few minutes for the firmware updates to resume, if the error message returns a second time, escalation to Isilon support for further investigation.
