Symptoms

PowerPath Linux -isäntä ei voi muodostaa yhteyttä PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA) -laitteeseen, koska PowerPath Management -palvelu ei käynnisty seuraavan virheen vuoksi:

Cause

Tämä johtuu libjson-c.so.2 kirjastoja ei asenneta Linux-isäntään.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5: ssä, json-c ei ole oletusarvoisesti asennettu vähimmäisasennukseen, ja on suositeltavaa asentaa paketti erikseen.

Resolution

On suositeltavaa asentaa json-c kirjastot erikseen ja käynnistä PowerPath Management -palvelu myöhemmin, kun PowerPath Linux -isäntä voidaan lisätä PPMA:han.
