Symptoms

Host PowerPath Linux nie może połączyć się z PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA), ponieważ usługa PowerPath Management nie może się uruchomić z powodu następującego błędu:

Cause

Wynika to z faktu, że libjson-c.so.2 biblioteki nie są zainstalowane na hoście Linux.

W systemie Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5 json-c nie jest instalowany domyślnie w instalacji minimalnej i zaleca się oddzielne zainstalowanie pakietu.

Resolution

Zaleca się zainstalowanie json-c biblioteki oddzielnie, a następnie uruchom usługę zarządzania PowerPath, gdy host PowerPath Linux może zostać dodany do PPMA.
