What is PC Game Pass?

PC Game Pass is designed for PC players. It gives customers access to a catalog of PC games and additional gaming benefits. Eligible Dell devices may include a PC Game Pass promotional offer . Offer availability, eligibility, and subscription terms may vary by device, region, and time. The subscription continues automatically at the regular monthly price unless the customer cancels. Terms and exclusions apply.

 

How to claim the PC Game Pass promotional offer through the Microsoft Store.

  1. Select the Microsoft Store icon on the taskbar, or type Microsoft Store in the search box and open it.
  2. Sign in with a Microsoft Account (MSA) if the customer is not already signed in.
  3. Select Library in the lower-left corner.
  4. Open the Included with device tab.
  5. Select Claim next to the PC Game Pass offer shown for the device.
  6. Enter a valid payment method, then select Subscribe .
  7. The customer can manage or cancel the subscription at account.microsoft.com.

How to claim the PC Game Pass promotional offer during Windows Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE)

  1. On eligible devices, the PC Game Pass promotional offer may appear during Windows Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE).
  2. Sign in with a Microsoft Account during OOBE.
  3. Select Claim to begin the process.
  4. Enter the payment method and select Next.
  5. Confirm the payment method and select Buy Now.

How to access PC Game Pass games

  1. Select Start .
  2. Open the Xbox app.
  3. Select Game Pass to browse and download available games.
  4. If the Xbox app is not installed, install it from the Microsoft Store.
