Cause

Dell Optimizer 4.1은 버전 3.14 이전의 SupportAssist for Home PC와 호환되지 않습니다. 또한 버전 3.4 이전의 비즈니스 PC용 SupportAssist와도 호환되지 않습니다.
호환되지 않는 버전의 SupportAssist가 시스템에 설치된 경우 DO 4.1 설치 관리자에 최신 버전의 SupportAssist를 설치하고 설치를 완료하지 않고 종료하라는 메시지가 표시됩니다.

Resolution
