Enhanced support plans include but are not limited to: Accidental Damage Coverage, Premium Support, ProSupport, Dell Cares, Alienware Care, Alienware Elite Care, etc.

Basic support is inclusive to all warranty plans. The enhanced support plans leverage the Dell Limited Hardware Warranty and are additions to it.
Accidental Damage coverage can be purchased on any Dell system under active warranty to cover accidental damage like the examples in this article. Intentional damage is not covered by any Dell service plan.
