Symptoms

Avamarガベージ コレクション(GC)プロセスが次のエラーで失敗します。 

ERROR: <4202> failed garbage collection with error MSG_ERR_BADTIMESYNC

Cause

1つ以上のAvamarデータ ノードとAvamar Utility Nodeの間で時刻が同期されていません。

これにより、Avamarのメンテナンス アクティビティが失敗します。

Resolution

1.Avamarユーティリティー ノードにadminとしてログインします。

2.管理者キーをロードします。「Avamar：キーのロードの詳細については、How to Log in to an Avamar Server, Load Various Keysを参照してください。

3.すべてのAvamarノードで時刻が同期されていることを確認します。 

mapall --all --parallel 'date'

4.時刻が同期されていない場合は、 Avamar: 「Avamar ServerでNTPを変更する方法(英語)」 asktimeを使用して すべてのノード間で時刻を同期する方法について説明します。

5.時刻が同期されたら、ガベージ コレクションが正常に完了したことを確認します。
