VxRail 部署页面显示一个未取得进展的作业。

Initial configuration vCenter

此时将显示Summary页面。

错误：无法获取部署状态

Cause

网络连接故障

vCenter 无法解析或访问部署验证所需的 DNS 服务器。

诊断证据

  • Firstboot 日志 表示未能配置网络。
无法联系 DNS 会阻止 VAMI 预检查检索部署状态。

解析 DNS 连接

  1. 验证 vCenter Server Appliance 是否可以对 DNS 服务器执行 ping 操作。
  2. 如果 ping 失败，请检查可能阻止 vCenter 和 DNS 之间的 ICMP 流量的网络 ACL 或防火墙。
  3. 更正任何 DNS 服务器地址或路由问题，然后重复部署预检查。
