策略日志显示： savegrp NSR notice Action backup traditional “backup”，作业 ID 为 4492931 正在退出，状态为“failed”，退出代码为 1
但是，日志中没有关于哪个客户端或存储集出现故障的详细信息。
Cause
策略中的客户端因名称解析问题而失败。
在 NMC 监视视图中展开策略信息时，在“消息”列下显示“主机名解析失败”。

Resolution
