Dell Webカメラのマイクがユニファイド コミュニケーション アプリケーション(Zoom、Teamsなど)に表示されない。

Cause
Webカメラのマイクのデフォルト設定はオフに設定されています。
Resolution
マイクロフォンを有効にする方法は、 Windows と macOSのどちらを使用しているかによって異なります。詳細については、該当するオペレーティング システムをクリックしてください。
Windows
- Dell Peripheral Manager (DPeM)をダウンロードしてインストールします。
- Dell Peripheral Managerセットアップ パネルの [オーディオ]で、[ カメラ マイク ]スライダーをスライドさせてマイクを有効にします。
- Dell Peripheral Managerでマイクロフォンが有効になっているにもかかわらず、マイクロフォンが機能しない場合は、Windowsの設定からマイクロフォンを有効にします。これを行うには、[ スタート ]メニューをクリックし、[ サウンド設定]を検索して 、[サウンド設定]を開きます。
- [入力]で、入力デバイスとして[マイク(Dell WebカメラWBxxxx)]を選択します。これで、Dell Pro Webカメラ - WB5023またはDell Webカメラ - WB3023のマイクがオーディオを検出するようになりました。
注：カメラをDellコンピューターに接続する場合は、コンピューターのオーディオ ドライバーを最新バージョンにアップデートして、カメラ マイクの互換性を向上させます。
macOS
- Dell Display & Peripheral Manager (DDPM)に移動します。
- ［ドライバーおよびダウンロード］タブをクリックします。
- [オペレーティング システム]で[Apple macOS]を選択します。
- [ダウンロード]ボタンをクリックして、Dell Display & Peripheral Managerアプリケーションをダウンロードします。
- Dell Pro Webカメラ - WB5023またはDell Webカメラ - WB3023をMacに接続します。
- 左側のパネルで[ Webカメラ ]タブをクリックします。
- 右側のパネルで[ Webcam Control ]をクリックします。
- 右側のパネルで、 カメラ マイク をスライドさせてマイクを有効にします。
- 設定を変更すると、Webカメラの電源が入れ直されます。
