Symptoms
Il server NetWorker è configurato per l'utilizzo di smtpmails all'interno di policy, flussi di lavoro e altri tipi di notifiche.
La posta, tuttavia, non viene ricevuta sul server di posta.
Il server di posta SMTP è configurato con l'autenticazione, ma le opzioni del comando smtpmail non forniscono opzioni di sintassi per aggiungere un nome utente e una password.
Quando si esegue il test manuale smtpmai comando, non riesce:
C:\> smtpmail -h mail.server.com -s subject sender@sender.com 0 1711515859 2 0 0 20288 10440 0 nwserver smtpmail NSR warning 2 %s 1 0 115 protocol failure; got 550 5.7.1 <sender@sender.com>... we do not relay SYSTEM@nwserver
Cause
Istanza di NetWorker smtpmail non funziona con nome utente e password e non può inviare e-mail a un server SMTP se è richiesta l'autenticazione.
Resolution
Al momento, non esiste una soluzione a questo problema piuttosto che:
- Utilizzare un server SMTP non autenticato
- Consentire all'IP del server NetWorker di ignorare l'autenticazione.
RFE NW-I-1925 è stato aperto per richiedere che questa funzione sia in NetWorker. Non esiste un'attestazione prevista né la conferma se questo miglioramento sarà presente in un prossimo futuro in NetWorker.
