ESXi 8.xホストを再起動するだけで、NVMeデバイスの古いdeadパス エントリーを削除できます。
メモ：ESXi 8.xの動作に変更があります。ここで、再スキャンではNVMEデバイスのdeadパスは削除されません。これはVMware側からの変更です。
NVMeデバイスでない場合は、アダプターの再スキャンでde deadパス エントリーをクリアする必要があります。
