Are you experiencing a connection or detection issue with your Dell Pro Premium Collaboration keyboard over the RF wireless network? Did your issue start after updating the keyboard firmware through Dell Peripheral Manager (DPeM), or Dell Display and Peripheral Manager (DDPM)?
Although the keyboard is no longer working in RF dongle mode, the keyboard continues to work through a Bluetooth network connection.
The wireless issue is due to a firmware update problem.
The Dell Engineering team has released a new firmware to resolve this problem. (Version 1068.)
You can update the keyboards firmware using the DPeM or DDPM utility over Bluetooth:
Ensure that the keyboard is connected over Bluetooth and that a utility like DDPM recognizes it on your computer.
Check for any available keyboard firmware updates in DDPMs Settings > Updates.
Click Check for updates and follow the instructions carefully.
Install version 1068. If the update fails, try restarting your computer and attempt the update again.
RF wireless functionality returns with the new firmware.
You can find out further information from the utilities and keyboards own documentation:
