お客様が箱を移動しました。サイトIDが変更されました。
Unityで集中型ESRSを構成すると、次のエラー コード 0x6400b76で失敗します。
From the Unity ESES log, we could found the ESRS gateway replied 500 error 'An error has occurred while adding device with SN CKMuuuuuuuuuuu Product Type UNITY',

Cause
これは、サイトID設定の問題が原因です。

Resolution
アカウント チームまたはインストール ベース チームと連携して修正する必要があります。
UnityにリンクされているサイトIDを1つだけ保持し、ステータスが[INSTALL]である必要があります。
