Cause

DD3300 设备会保留某些磁盘用于 Cloud Tier 功能。如果未 激活 Cloud Tier，这些保留的磁盘在系统状态中显示为 未知 。

保留的设备数量取决于 DD3300 配置。如下所示：

Resolution

  • 这是 正常的系统行为。
  • 未知磁盘为 Cloud Tier 保留并保持此状态，直至启用 Cloud Tier。
  • 除非计划激活 Cloud Tier，否则无需执行任何作。
