Symptoms

Dell Security Management Server（旧Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition Server）は、次の目的でバックアップおよびリストアされる可能性があります。

バックアップ

Dell Security Management Server

注：バックアップは、NAS(ネットワーク接続型ストレージ)などの外部ソースに保存する必要があります。

次の場合は、バックエンドのDell Security Management Serverに週次バックアップを作成する必要があります。

  • %ENV:SYSTEMDRIVE%\Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compatibility Server\conf\server_config.xml
  • %ENV:SYSTEMDRIVE%\Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compatibility Server\conf\secretKeyStore
  • %ENV:SYSTEMDRIVE%\Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compatibility Server\conf\gkresource.xml
注：デフォルトのパスは、インストール時に変更している場合は異なることがあります。バックアップ タスクを作成する前に、これらのファイルが格納されているディレクトリを確認します。

修復

  1. 以前にインストールした同じバージョンのDell Security Management ServerまたはDell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition Serverのクリーンインストールを実行します。インストール中に、SQLデータベースの選択を求めるプロンプトが表示されたら、［新しいデータベースを作成する］を選択します。
注：

  3. Dell Security Management Serverサービスを停止します。詳細については、「 Dell Security Management Serverでサービスを停止および開始する方法 (英語) 」を参照してください。
  4. 次のバックアップ ファイルをリストアします。
    • %ENV:SYSTEMDRIVE%\Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compatibility Server\conf\server_config.xml
    • %ENV:SYSTEMDRIVE%\Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compatibility Server\conf\secretKeyStore
    • %ENV:SYSTEMDRIVE%\Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compatibility Server\conf\gkresource.xml
  5. %ENV:SYSTEMDRIVE%\Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Server Configuration Toolに移動して、Server Configuration Tool (Credant.Configuration.exe)を実行します。［Database］クリックし、フィールドに入力します。

  1. ［Actions］メニューをクリックし、次に［Test Database Configuration］を選択します。
