Upgrade systému Windows 10 na verzi 2004 (20H1) nerozpozná adaptéry USB-C.

 

Pokud upgradujete systém Windows 10 na verzi 2004 nebo novější a připojíte adaptéry USB-C (DA300 / DA200 / USB na RJ45), počítač někdy adaptér nerozpozná.

Starší firmware NVM není kompatibilní s novou verzí Windows 10 2004 a společnost Intel ukončila podporu starších ovladačů.

Zástupné řešení:

  1. Proveďte obnovení restartováním počítače pomocí adaptérů USB-C.

  2. Proveďte obnovení opětovným připojením adaptérů USB-C.
