シングルノード構成のGen3 EX3000ラックには、ノードあたり2個のエキスパンダーがあります。各エキスパンダーには独自のファームウェア バージョンがあります。このKBは、一部のEX3000ラックにある2つのエキスパンダー コンポーネント間で発生する可能性のあるファームウェアの不一致に対処するために書かれています。

Resolution

- Dell Servicesリモート プロアクティブ チームまたはフィールド チームが解決策を実行します。
- 解決策として、2つのエキスパンダーを同じファームウェア バージョンにします。
- 解決には、ノードあたり約1時間かかります。解決は、ダウンタイムを回避するためにノードごとに実行されます。
