採用單一節點組態的 Gen3 EX3000 機架的每個節點有兩台擴充板。每個擴充板都有自己的韌體版本。寫入此知識文章是為了解決某些 EX3000 機架中兩個擴展器元件之間潛在的韌體不匹配問題。
Cause
部分 Gen3 EX3000 機架隨附不同的擴充板韌體版本。
Resolution
- Dell Technologies 會主動聯絡受影響的客戶，以解決 Expander 韌體不相符的問題，並安排啟用時間。
- Dell Services Remote Proactive 或現場團隊執行解決方案。
- 解決方案包括將兩個擴充板連接至相同的韌體版本。
- 每個節點大約需要一個小時才能解決。此解決方案會逐個節點執行，以避免停機時間。
