Symptoms
11세대(Tiger Lake 또는 Tiger Lake H) 인텔 코어 모바일 프로세서를 사용하는 Dell 컴퓨터가 Dell MH3021P 스피커폰에 연결되어 있을 때 USB 스피커 오디오가 들리지 않을 수 있습니다.
Dell MH3021P 스피커폰이 컴퓨터에 2분 이상 연결되어 있으면 USB 호스트 컨트롤러 버스가 끊길 수 있습니다. 이로 인해 컴퓨터에 연결된 다른 USB 디바이스가 손실될 수 있습니다.
