Symptoms

Efter konvertering av I/O-modul till V2 eller tillägg av en ny I/O-modul (SLIC), när aktiveringen inte slutfördes, kan det resultera i antingen:

  • Anslutningsproblem med NVMe-expansionshölje (ENS24), eller
  • Värdanslutning (underlåtenhet att mappa volymer eller konfigurera nätverksbindningar/anslutning)

 

Cause

En procedur för I/O-modulen följs inte och I/O-modulen aktiveras inte.
En konsekutiv NDU till PowerStore-version före 4.1 kan ha inträffat, vilket aktiverar I/O-modulen samtidigt som vissa nödvändiga konfigurationer hoppas över som en del av det här processflödet.
