Symptoms
將 I/O 模組轉換為 V2 或新增 I/O 模組 （SLIC） 後，若未成功完成啟用，可能會導致下列其中一種結果：
- NVMe 擴充機櫃 （ENS24） 連線能力問題，或
- 主機連線能力 （無法對應磁碟區或設定網路繫結/連線能力）
Cause
未遵循 I/O 模組程序，且 I/O 模組未啟動。
在 4.1 之前的 PowerStore 版本可能會發生連續的 NDU 情況，這會啟動 I/O 模組，同時略過一些必要的組態，作為此程序流程的一部分。
