Symptoms
在将 I/O 模块转换为 V2 或添加新的 I/O 模块 （SLIC） 后，如果激活未成功完成，可能会导致：
- NVMe 扩展柜 （ENS24） 连接问题，或
- 主机连接（无法映射卷或配置网络绑定/连接）
Cause
未遵循 I/O 模块步骤，并且 I/O 模块未激活。
在升级到 4.1 之前，可能会发生到 PowerStore 版本的连续 NDU，这将激活 I/O 模块，同时跳过此流程中所需的一些配置。
