Symptoms
升级前运行状况检查 （PUHC） 失败，并显示以下错误： "X509 certificate table has fewer records. Please add needed records back and synchronize to the peer node.“ 错误代码：0xE10050030102。

Cause
创建群集时，CP 在主节点上启动，并且 rsync 可能无法正常工作。因此，在备份文件中，只有主节点具有有效的user.db。
在 NDU 期间，CP 可以在对等节点上启动。在这种情况下，对等节点可能会将不正确的user.db同步到主节点，并将不正确的user.db备份到配置包。因此，NDU 可能会失败。
