Symptoms

Se agregó un nuevo punto de montaje de recurso compartido del sistema de archivos de Internet común (CIFS) al conjunto de datos.

Los respaldos de Linux de Avamar se completan con una excepción con errores de Avtar. 

Se observan los siguientes errores en los registros del cliente (/usr/local/avamar/var/clientlogs/):

Los errores que provienen de esta partición: /mnt/xxxxx/bulletin/

La salida del comando "df -h" muestra que el punto de montaje es un recurso compartido CIFS //storage-xxxxx/xxxxx-xxxxx  8.0E     0  8.0E   0% /mnt/xxxxxxxxx

Cause

El punto de montaje afectado parece ser un recurso compartido CIFS que está causando el problema de avtar.

Resolution

Para resolver este problema, realice uno de los siguientes pasos:

1. La solución recomendada es respaldar los recursos compartidos CIFS en el origen en lugar del punto de montaje:

  • Elimine este CIFS del conjunto de datos.
  • Respalde los datos en el origen y exclúyalos de la lista de respaldo en el sistema.

 

2. Agregue el siguiente switch a la carpeta avtar comando para abordar las listas de control de acceso (ACL):

--ignoreacls
(Esta marca ignora los descriptores de seguridad de ACL)
