Symptoms

バックアップ ログには、次のエラーが表示されます。

avsql Error <40258>: sqlconnectimpl_smo::execute Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Common.ExecutionFailureException: An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Cannot find server certificate with thumbprint '0x4249D087641E4C7F4D311A3144A229851857F263'. Cause

SQL透過的データ暗号化(TDE)が有効なデータベースでは、TDE証明書がないため、リダイレクトされたリストアが防止されます。 

Resolution

TDEがSQLデータベースで有効になっていることを確認するには、SQLコマンド プロンプトを使用してデータベースにクエリーを実行します。
  • TDEが有効になっている場合は、 "is_encrypted」は「1」
 
この問題を解決するには、リストアを開始する前に、証明書をSQLインスタンスに手動で適用する必要があります。
