최종 사용자가 Advanced Threat Prevention이 활성화되지 않았음을 확인하고 아래의 DellAgent 로그 파일을 확인합니다.

C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection

다음과 같은 오류 메시지가 표시됩니다.

참고: 관리자 권한 명령 프롬프트에서 다음 명령을 실행합니다.

다음 명령을 실행하여 WMI 리포지토리를 확인합니다.

winmgmt /verifyrepository

일관성이 없는 것으로 확인되면 다음 명령을 실행합니다.

winmgmt /salvagerepository

시스템 트레이에서 Dell Data Security 아이콘을 마우스 오른쪽 단추로 클릭하고 정책 업데이트 확인을 선택하면 에이전트가 등록되고 몇 분 후 Advanced Threat Prevention 이 녹색으로 바뀝니다.
