O usuário final percebe que o Advanced Threat Prevention não está ativado e verifica os arquivos de log do DellAgent em:

C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection

Você observa a seguinte mensagem de erro:

Nota: Execute os seguintes comandos em um prompt de comando elevado.

Execute este comando para verificar o repositório WMI:

winmgmt /verifyrepository

Se for considerada inconsistente, execute este comando:

winmgmt /salvagerepository

Clique com o botão direito no ícone Dell Data Security na bandeja do sistema e selecione Verificar atualizações de política. O agente se registrará e, depois de alguns minutos, o Advanced Threat Prevention ficará verde.
