如果您在 Precision 7670 或 7770 Mobile Workstation 上使用雙外接顯示器，則會出現下列限制。顯示器無法達到 4K 60 Hz 解析度。

您 這 在以下條件下：

  • 雙螢幕是透過 WD19TBS 或 WD22TB4 Thunderbolt 擴充基座連接
  • 您使用的是 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 作業系統 （版本 8.6）
  • 您正在使用兩個支援 4K 的螢幕：
    • 顯示器 1：1920x1080 @60 Hz
    • 顯示器 2：3840x2160 @60 Hz

Cause

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 作業系統 （8.6 版） 無法在 Intel Alder Lake-HX （ADL-HX） CORE SERIES 處理器上支援高位元率 3 （HBR3）。

Resolution

這是 Intel ADL-HX 處理器上 Linux 作業系統的限制。

下列指示是一個因應措施：

  1. 使用 USB Type-C 連接埠連接擴充基座。

  2. 將圖形模式切換至 直接圖形控制器直接輸出模式：

    1. 按下電源按鈕即可開啟您的行動工作站。

    2. 當您看到 Dell 啟動顯示畫面出現時， 按下 F2 鍵進入 BIOS 設定畫面。

    3. 按 一下顯示器。

    4. 前往啟用預設為 ON 的混合式顯示卡。
