  • 您正在使用两个支持 4K 的屏幕：
    • 监视器 1：1920x1080 @60 Hz
    • 监视器 2：3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz

Cause

在英特尔 Alder Lake-HX （ADL-HX） 酷睿系列处理器上，Red Hat Enterprise Linux作系统（版本 8.6）不支持高比特率 3 （HBR3）。

Resolution

这是英特尔 ADL-HX 处理器上的 Linux作系统的限制。

以下说明是一种解决方法：

  1. 使用 USB Type-C 端口连接坞站。

  2. 将显卡模式切换为 直接显卡控制器直接输出模式：

    1. 按下电源按钮即可打开移动工作站。
