Symptoms

NMM(Networker Module for Microsoft)では、Hyper-V Linux VMの細分性の高いリカバリー(GLR)はサポートされていません。

これが試行された場合に表示される可能性のあるエラーの例:

Unable to mount volumes for physical drive '\\.\PhysicalDriveXX'
Attaching hard disk failed. End time:  <date time> 

 

Cause

これは、Networker Module for Microsoft の制限事項です。  

NMMのマニュアルには次のように記載されています。
You can perform GLR of NMM backups of Hyper-V virtual machine that has a Windows operating system. NMM does not support GLR of non-Windows virtual machines on Hyper-V, for example Linux virtual machines.

Resolution

NetWorker Module for Microsoft 19.12より前では、Linux VMのイメージ リカバリーのみを実行できました。

NetWorker Module for Microsoft 19.12を起動すると、Hyper-V Server Linux仮想マシンのFLRのサポートが追加されました。

hyperv_linux_glr_recoverバイナリー(コマンド)を使用してFLRを実行できます。バイナリは、リカバリする項目を含むLinux VHDをマウントします。
