Instructions

Due to CloudBoost appliance base operating system updates, upgrades must be performed in the following order:

  • 18.1 - 18.2 may upgrade to any 19.1, 19.2, 19.3, 19.4, or 19.5 versions
  • 19.1 - 19.5 may upgrade to 19.6
  • 19.6 may upgrade to 19.7 or 19.8
  • 19.7 - 19.8 may upgrade to 19.9 or later.

Upgrade compatibility information can be found in the CloudBoost Release Notes.  

Additional Information

There are currently no upgrade restrictions for version 19.9 and later.
