配備 Killer 1750x Wi-Fi 模組的 Alienware x16 R2 筆記型電腦可能無法辨識任何藍牙耳機上的麥克風。耳機的藍牙耳機功能沒有問題，只有耳機的麥克風功能受到影響。
受影響的平台：
- Alienware x16 R2
受影響的 BIOS 版本：
- 1.1.0
- 1.2.0
注意：內部陣列麥克風可正常運作，沒有問題。
注意：具有射頻 （RF） 硬體鎖的耳機不受此問題影響。
Cause
藍牙訊號設定不正確，導致耳機麥克風無法運作。
