Symptoms

点击 Show Details NMC 中的任何工作流都会导致以下错误消息：
无法接受消息总线块出错   

Cause

该问题的根本原因可能是 RabbitMQ 数据结构中缺少交换或损坏。 

Resolution

  1. 在 NetWorker 服务器上，打开 Admin PowerShell 提示或 root shell 并运行以下命令以停止 NetWorker 和 NMC 服务：

Linux： nsr_shutdown ; sleep 10 ; systemctl stop gst
Windows： net stop nsrexecd /y
 

  1. 重命名 RabbitMQ tmp 文件夹中：

Linux： /nsr/tmp/rabbitmq
Windows： C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp\RabbitMQ 
 

  1. 启动 NetWorker 服务器和 NMC 服务。重命名 RabbitMQ 时，服务启动会创建新文件，包括新的数据目录：

Linux： systemctl start networker ; sleep 10 ; systemctl start gst
Windows (PowerShell)： net start nsrd ; Start-Sleep 10 ; net start gstd
