Symptoms

Precision 7875 Tower 桌上型電腦從睡眠狀態恢復後，可能會收到風扇故障異常警示。

若直立式機型配備雙 RTX PRO 6000 300 W 顯示卡，且有超過四台顯示器透過這些顯示卡連接埠連接，就會發生此錯誤。（使用 DisplayPort （DP） 和高畫質多媒體介面 （HDMI） 纜線。）

Cause

BIOS 未正確處理插卡和連接的顯示器。

Resolution

工程部門正在努力開發將在 BIOS 版本中發佈的修正。更新的 BIOS 會在提供後發佈到直立式機型的支援頁面。BIOS 預計於 2025 年 10 月 30 日發佈。

因應措施：

下列兩種方法中的任何一種，都能將桌面從報告的錯誤中復原。

方法一：

  1. 關閉所有連接的顯示器，使用中 （主要） 顯示器除外。

  2. 將桌上型電腦重新開機回到作業系統。

方法二：

  1. 從顯示卡拔下 DP 和 HDMI 纜線。（將纜線插入使用中 （主要） 顯示器）。

  2. 將桌上型電腦重新開機回到作業系統。
