Cause

診断バージョン5.4.13、5.4.14、5.4.15、5.4.16では、リンプ ホーム モード(LHM)機能のステータス検出が導入され、LHM障害状態が発生したときに2000-0128エラー コードがトリガーされます。

Resolution
