Cause

Diagnoseversjonen 5.4.13, 5.4.14, 5.4.15 og 5.4.16 introduserer LHM-funksjonsstatusdeteksjon (Limp Home Mode) og utløser feilkoden 2000-0128 når en LHM-feiltilstand oppstår.

Resolution

Teknisk avdeling jobber med en løsning som skal lanseres i en ny versjon av BIOS for Dell 14 Premium DA14250. Den oppdaterte BIOS-en legges ut på datamaskinens støtteside så snart den gjøres tilgjengelig.
