  • 某些存儲集可能會成功完成，而其他存儲集則失敗並出現上述錯誤。

Cause

當 NetWorker 嘗試寫入已關閉的檔案控制代碼時，就會發生此問題。
在這些情況下，檔案控制碼會在 3 小時無活動 （預設逾時） 後被 Data Domain 標示為放棄。
針對忙碌的用戶端或大型備份，可能需要額外的時間來整合資料，導致備份超過預設放棄逾時，並導致檔案控制碼過時。

Resolution

若要解決此問題，請增加OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT值，以留出額外的時間進行備份整合。

通過增加超時值，可以防止檔句柄過早關閉，從而避免檔系統同步期間出現過時的檔句柄錯誤。

建議的逾時：8 小時（28,800 秒）
在極少數情況下，可能會增加到 12 小時（43,200 秒）

警告：此變更需要 SE 模式存取和 Data Domain 檔案系統重新啟動，這需要排定的停機時間。若要存取 SE 模式，必須透過支援票證聯絡 Data Domain 支援。
