Symptoms

DDMC 7.6 o versioni precedenti non possono aggiungere un nuovo sistema gestito che esegue DDOS 7.7. Errori come quelli riportati di seguito vengono visualizzati in DDMC e l'host viene aggiunto a DDMC: 
Error message: Error communicating with host
Error communicating with host: Error occurred in the SSL/TLS handshake.
Nella situazione in cui un sistema già gestito venga successivamente aggiornato a DDOS 7.7 o versione successiva, DD potrebbe apparire offline dopo l'avvio nella nuova versione.

Cause

Le modifiche alla sicurezza nelle chiamate API DDOS System Management Services (SMS) sono state implementate per la connessione ai sistemi gestiti da DDMC. DDOS 7.7 include una convalida aggiuntiva non presente nelle versioni precedenti.

Resolution

Eseguire l'aggiornamento a DDMC 7.7 o versione successiva, in modo che DDMC e qualsiasi sistema gestito che esegue DDOS 7.7 o versione successiva possano comunicare correttamente tra loro.
