Symptoms
DDMC 7.6以前では、DDOS 7.7を実行している新しい管理対象システムを追加できません。次のようなエラーがDDMCに表示され、ホストがDDMCに追加されます。
Error message: Error communicating with host Error communicating with host: Error occurred in the SSL/TLS handshake.すでに管理されているシステムを後でDDOS 7.7以降にアップグレードした場合、新しいリリースの起動後にDDがオフラインとして表示されることがあります。
Cause
DDOS システム管理サービス(SMS) APIコールのセキュリティ変更が、DDMC管理システム接続用に実装されました。DDOS 7.7には、以前のリリースにはない追加の検証が含まれています。
Resolution
DDMC 7.7以降にアップグレードすると、DDMCとDDOS 7.7以降を実行している管理下システムの両方が相互に適切に通信できるようになります。
