Symptoms

DDMC 7.6 或更早版本無法新增執行 DDOS 7.7 的新受管理系統。DDMC 中會顯示此類錯誤，且主機已新增至 DDMC： 
Error message: Error communicating with host
Error communicating with host: Error occurred in the SSL/TLS handshake.
在已受管理的系統稍後升級到 DDOS 7.7 或更新版本的情況下，DD 在開機至新版本後可能會顯示為離線。

Cause

已針對 DDMC 受管理系統連線實作 DDOS 系統管理服務 （SMS） API 呼叫的安全性變更。DDOS 7.7 包含舊版未提供的額外驗證。

Resolution

升級至 DDMC 7.7 或更新版本，以使 DDMC 和任何執行 DDOS 7.7 或更新版本的受管理系統能夠正確地相互通信。
