Data Domain Problem in Data Domain UI

Symptoms

The PowerProtect DD System Manager takes 15 s to 20 s to page update the display with the selected option.

Cause

DDSM is not handling one or more of the plugins installed in the browser. DDSM reports similar errors in the browser console as shown below.

Resolution

The workaround it to disable the browser plugins. Upgrading the DD OS fixes the issue. The issue is fixed in DD OS 7.11.
