Symptoms

Media Playerを使用してビデオを再生すると、静電気が発生する。これは、NVIDIA RTX 5070、NVIDIA RTX 5080、またはNVIDIA RTX 5090をDisplayPort (DP)を使用してスピーカー内蔵モニターに接続しているコンピューターで発生します。

Cause

内蔵のMedia Playerでは、特にNVIDIA RTX 50シリーズのカードまたはコーデックで、オーディオ再生中にノイズが発生するソフトウェアの不具合が発生します。

Resolution

次の 2 つの解決策があります。

  • サード パーティー製のメディア プレーヤー(PotPlayer、PowerDVD、VLCメディア プレーヤーなど)を使用します。
  • モニターではなく、コンピューターのマザーボードのオーディオ出力ポートにスピーカーを接続します。
