No Video Feed When using Dell Peripheral Manager or Microsoft Camera Applications
The Dell WB7022 Webcam is not detected by the system.
When you quickly hot-plug the camera to the computer, the Dell Peripheral Manager or Microsoft Camera Applications do not display the camera feed.
Cause
The Windows Camera Frame Server Service needs time to handle any sudden starts and stops. When the camera is removed from the computer and then reconnected too quickly.
Once this happens no other application can access the camera for between 5 to 10 minutes.
Resolution
You have to wait a few seconds after unplugging the camera before you can plug it back into to the computer.
