A lag has been detected in some devices using an RF 2.4 or Bluetooth dongle, when the Dell WB7022 webcam is connected to the same hub. (For example, wireless keyboard or mouse.)

Cause

Wireless USB dongles plugged next the webcam USB cable connector can cause signal interference.

Resolution

Do not connect the wireless dongle device into the port next to where the webcam cable is connected. Ensure that there is no issue by plugging the dongle into a USB port away from where the webcam is connected.
