Dell ProワイヤレスANCヘッドセット - WL5024またはDellワイヤレス ヘッドセット - WL3024の電源ボタンを押してもオンになりません。

Cause

ヘッドセットは、輸送中に誤って電源がオンになるのを防ぐために、出荷モードで届きます。

Resolution

  1. コンピューターの電源が入っていることを確認します。
  2. 充電ケーブルを使用してヘッドセットをPCに接続します(図1)。

  3. 充電ケーブルをPCのUSBポートに接続して、ヘッドセットを充電します。

これで出荷モードは終了し、ヘッドセットの電源をオンにできます。
