Når du trykker på tænd/sluk-knappen på Dell Pro Wireless ANC-headsettet – WL5024 eller det trådløse Dell-headset – WL3024, tændes det ikke.

Cause

Headsettet leveres i forsendelsestilstand for at beskytte batteriet mod utilsigtet at blive tændt under transport.

Resolution

  1. Sørg for, at computeren er tændt.
  2. Brug opladerkablet til at tilslutte headsettet til computeren (figur 1).

  3. Oplad headsettet ved at slutte opladerkablet til en USB-port på computeren.

Dette afslutter forsendelsestilstanden, og headsettet kan nu tændes.
