Symptoms

Wanneer de computer is uitgeschakeld, blijven de Thunderbolt USB Type-C-poorten op de computer mogelijk stroom leveren om andere apparaten op te laden.

Cause

Als de computer is aangesloten op netvoeding, wordt de Thunderbolt USB Type-C Power Delivery-functie geactiveerd. Alle randapparaten zoals mobiele telefoons of Bluetooth-apparaten die op de computer zijn aangesloten om op te laden, blijven opladen terwijl de computer zelf is uitgeschakeld.

Resolution

De computer werkt volgens de ontwerpspecificaties.

Er is geen optie om de Thunderbolt USB Type-C Power Delivery uit te schakelen in het computer-BIOS. Om de poorten spanningsloos te maken, moet u ook de voedingsadapter loskoppelen van de computer.
